Haven House Hammond In

Haven house, inc. is a 24-hour emergency shelter for domestic violence victims and their dependents.































































Maximum length of stay for domestic violence victims for emergency shelter at Haven House is forty-five (45) days.































































However, if within that maximum length of time safe placement for the client and her family has not been made, then client and her dependents are offered an extension of time at Haven House until safe placement is confirmed.

    I was kicked out of my mothers house by her boyfriend after he put his hands on me. I have nowhere to go tonight, my mother doesn’t want anything to do with me. I am in desperate need of somewhere to stay.
