ROI creates and provides opportunities for farmworkers and other dienfranchised people to confront and overcome barriers that systematically prevent them from gaining access to economic, educational, social and political resources. We advocate for empowerment and social justice for low-income individuals and families and promote responsible development of communities in which they live. With guidance from low-income individuals and communities, we develop and operate programs that create positive change for those we serve. The foundation of our organizations's comprehensive delivery system is a diverse, committed and skilled, farmworker-governed Board of Directors and Staff.
