    Hello I am currently in a verbally abusive relationship I have 4 children that live with me and my ex will not move out. I'm to the point where I have no other option other than to pack up what I can and leave with my children but we have no place to go and I have a low income. I also have to stay in chemung county per family court. What are my options? He doesn't get physical so the cops wont do anything I've already called them and have gotten no where

    I moved from ri to Ovid NY staying on my cousins couch...I had to leave Rhode Island due to domestic violence I am in need of emergency shelter I have been looking to rent an apartment with my mom but we haven't found anything yet just reaching out to find a shelter and what the rules are like incase my cousins start to get sick of me sleeping on their couches

    I left my home of 10 years because after my car accident that broke my back we are verbally emotionally and mentabusive to each other and neither of us want to leave our home. I walked out Saturday and have been staying at someone's house that I hardly know but she was willing to open her door. I dont know what to do now i am 43 a mother of 6 that all moved out. I need help getting on my feet and with my pain and depression amd anxiety
