    I am looking for help in Pensacola, FL for a young lady with very special circumstances. She is in her early 20's with two small children. She suffers from bi-polar disorder, which she takes medication for. She has been living with her mother who was fully supporting her and her two babies. Her mother passed away a couple of weeks ago at the age of 53. This young woman has no life skills, she has never worked a day in her life, doesn't have a driver's license, and never graduated from high school. Now, she is suddenly on her own with no resources and no way to support her two kids. Any and all advice is welcome.
