    I stayed there 5 yrs. I cleaned. I looked for job. I was well liked by everyone there except one girl. A mentally unbalanced woman. They had to kick her out. She thought I had something to do with it. I didn't. So- I was made to l leave. They could have helped me get into another shelter but didn't. My abuser found me and beat me so bad I had a broken arm and ribs. I am white. Everyone else was black. The employers. The women. Would I have been treated differently if I were black? Thank you women's safe house for your compassion.

    My sister-in-law recently died, and I have boxes of "casual" clothes mostly size small some mediums. I also have boxes of shoes size 5-6. and some coats. are you by any chance in need of donations of this type?? Thank you,

    Do you have any open spots for myself and 3 children. We’ve been staying a cheap motel trying to stay away from my abusive baby father and that money has gone low we’ve been in a car the last two days
