We are focusing on three major areas of need: 1) Homeless women and young female teens with and without families; 2) Remaining female population, with and without families, currently receiving state or federal assistance who do not have adequate education and/or training to obtain self-sustaining jobs, or have been dislocated and need to re-enter into the workforce in a higher paying, living-wage job. 3) Female ex-offenders who have completed their prison sentence and are seeking training and mentorship to obtain employment in an administrative field, refereed to as traditional setting employment.
