    They don't care.... Noone does in Seattle area. A joke the YWCA should be YWDA nothing Christian about it. Don't believe me get sick in Seattle and try ask for help is hillarious unless your a drug addict they will bend over backwards for drunks and druggies but if your not AND having issues good freaking luck.. So want help grab a needle or bottle. It's only way
