Victims may stay for up to 30 days at the shelter. During this time, victims will receive advocacy and victim assistance that includes, but is not limited to: support groups, agency/housing/employment referrals, emergency transportation, and any additional support needed. While staying at the shelter, residents and their children will have their own room. In addition to this, food is provided for every meal. Residents will take turns sharing the responsibility of preparing these meals as well as clean up and other household chores. We have an Client Advocate who will work individually with each resident as well as a Child Advocate who will assess and meet the needs of each child residing here.
