Women's Shelters

The Outreach Gospel Mission began in February 1997.































































Pastor Richard Sempel began the mission in the basement of Brookings-Harbor Christian Church with 36 community members present.































































They began by providing emergency shelter for four men traveling up and down life's highway.































































They now have men, women and children that need to be fed, clothed and housed here at the little house that does big miracles.
