Coalition For The Homeless Of Central Florida, Inc. - Womens Residential and Counseling Center

The Center for Women and Families (CWF)
In addition to receiving shelter and nutritious meals, homeless women who turn to the Coalition for assistance work with a case manager to build a budget and savings account, and to develop a plan for self-sufficiency.
Located on the Coalition's main campus, can accommodate 240 individuals.
The CWF is made up of three distinct sections - a single women's dorm; a dorm for single mothers with young children; and individual family rooms for intact families, single mothers with older children, and single fathers with children.

The Women's Residential and Counseling Center (WRCC)
A 126-person transitional living program for single women and women with children, with an additional 12 beds for emergency situations.

    I looking for shelter. Im giving birth tomorrow. I have no stable place to rest and recover after my Csection. I have 2 other daughter's ages 8 and 9. I spoken to churches, family and 2-1-1. Its hard. I pray to God with faith for HUGE miracle

    hi. im 4 months pregnant and was kicked out on the street. the father has takin off. i have nowhere to go and no help. needing help for a place to stay and help with getting a job . have no good clothing for job interviews and a small criminal record. its 1 felony but alot of jobs dont accept felons. Need help with everything please!!

    I've been being verbally and emotionally abused for a while and recently it's turned to physically also. Is there any space for me. My children are all grown and I am alone now and I don't have any income. And I find myself thinking about suicide, or wishing I would die.     I have a friend that's been on the streets for 7 weeks around FL, she's here in this are and has no where to sleep or try to get on her feet.     My daughter has a drug addiction , is currently out of prison, her father passed away 2 months after her release. I am on disability and have no place for her, plus I am not qualified to help her. She needs to apply for as and learn how to work and live, she has hit rock bottom.     I am 58 years old, widowed with a 24 year old disabled daughter in need of finding a safe place to stay. We have been staying with friends but it is not working out. My daughter has numerous physical issues and are working on trying to get her disability started plus mine as well as I have lupus, fibromyalgia, PTSD, etc.
