I’m going to be homeless soon and I have a thirteen year old son. I don’t know what to do. I do work but it’s not enough to pay rent anywhere in Los Angeles, which is my hometown. I aged out of foster care when I was eighteen and am now thirty four with nothing to my name. I’m lost. I gave up my autonomy and independence to live with my boyfriend. I can’t stay here anymore.

Do you take donations of large quantities of clothing and do you pick up?

I am in need of shelter. I am 64 years old widow, worked as a care giver for over 16 years, but now burdened with very painful knee joint issue. Where I am at the moment is about to be used as a foster care space in the next three weeks. I am not gainfully employed presently but hope to, as soon as I have my knee replacement surgery.

Hello. I'm hoping to make a donation. What are the days and hours you are open for donations? What kind of items are you I need of?
