Alternative House, Highland Station

Mary Rita's House is a program that was established for survivors of domestic violence that were exiting emergency shelter and in need of additional housing.































































































































This residential program is focused on assisting those who need to enroll in job training, GED classes, or classes at the local colleges as they continue working towards independence and a life free from violence.

“The mission of Alternative House is to facilitate the creation of a society in which violence and oppression will no longer exist. As a means to this end, we offer access to shelter, support, children’s programming, legal, housing, and community advocacy for all victims of domestic violence (and their children) who seek our help. ”

    Hi, My Husband and I have a very nice Living room Couch and Chair (swival rocker) to Donate. No wear marks or stains. We would need this to be picked up at our home in N Chelmsford Ma 01863. We understand that you set women up in apartments, perhaps you can use this.

    I need right away the place i can stay with my son, because my husband he’s an alcoholic abuse and he put us on the street, so i need the place please i need help i dont have family here. My son study in Middle School on Billerica so i have to find the shelters on Billerica or Chelmsford to he can’t to lose his bus school transportation
