I am currently working with a client who is experiencing homelessness. She is a single mother with two children. Any resources you could assist with, would be appreciated.

Good Afternoon, I am reaching out to you because my daughter has been living with my husband and I in our car since October, 2018. My 2 year old granddaughter has been.in the DCFS system since March 1, 2019 because of a stupid argument over a can of refried beans one night and the argument escalated to the point that a witness called the police and my granddaughter wad taken away. The case was dismissed though. My daughter has fulfilled all of the court requirements. Now, the ONLY barrier to reunification is housing. My daughter and I are calling multiple properties to.find a 1 bedroom for her and my granddaughter to be reunited but all the places require 3 times the amount of the rent..My daughter has no savings yet but is starting to work more hours at her current job. She is willing to go to a transitional.shelter because she (and I) greatly miss my granddaughter. It has been nothing but a deep heartache to my family. We have all experienced such a deep sense of devastatiion.since she was removed from us. I would greatly appreciate any help from you. Within 5 days of housing my granddaughter will be returned.

I'd like to know if you all accept clothing donations? The clothes are good condition and some never worn. Some for working women as well
