Women's Shelters

YWCA of Monterey County provides shelter accommodations for high-risk families in crisis whose lives are threatened and face homelessness without intervention. Program offers a free 8-week program in a home-like nurturing atmosphere with individual rooms for each family. This program allows women to begin a healthy process and set-up an independent lifestyle with counseling, support groups, weekly case management, and access to other vital services to ensure safety of the occupants and their successful transition out of crisis.
